1)This LEFKO eGift Card ("eGift Card") Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") are applicable in addition to the Privacy Policy on www.MYLEFKO.com

2)Your redemption or attempted redemption of this eGift Card constitutes your acceptance to be bound by these terms and conditions of use and agreement to the Policy.

3)This eGift Card can be used to make purchases on our e-store www.mylefko.com/shopmy.

If the value of the purchase exceeds the amount on the eGift Card, the difference can be made up with another form of payment. If the value of the purchase is less than the available balance on the eGift Card, no change will be given for the remaining balance.

4)This eGift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Strictly no extension of the validity period will be allowed and amount on the eGift Card after the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited.

5)This eGift Card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in whole or in part.

6)The risk of loss of the eGift Card passes to the purchaser at the time of the purchase. Lefko is not responsible and will not replace or reimburse the value of this eGift Card if it is lost, stolen or if its validity period expires. The user of the gift card will be taken to be the owner of the gift card in these circumstances.

7)This eGift Card cannot be redeemed in order to purchase gift cards.

8)This eGift Card may not be combined with other gift cards to be used in a single transaction.

9)This eGift Card may not be reloaded with additional funds after purchase.

10)Lefko shall not be responsible for any claim, demand, loss, damage, expense or liability of any kind whatsover, arising from or in connection with unauthorised use of the eGift Card.

11)Lefko reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
